Plaintiff in the Kobe Bryant photo case is requesting damages of up to $32.5 million. Chris Chester lost his wife and child.

Chris Chester, a co-plaintiff in the case involving the Kobe crash images, is requesting millions of dollars in damages as the trial draws to a close. His lawyer is requesting up to $32.5 million in damages.

Both the Chester and Bryant family attorneys delivered closing remarks, but only Chester's had a monetary value.

Vanessa's lawyer, Craig Lavoie, pleaded with the jury to convict the police for allegedly collecting and disseminating graphic images of her deceased husband and kid.

Vanessa will continue to live in fear because she knows the pictures could be released into the internet at any time, according to Bryant's attorney.

Lavoie remarked that the day could be at any time. "They will live in constant worry that today will be the day they emerge again."

Vanessa has had a difficult few weeks. She has been required to attend court every day and must endure hearing distressing details of the sad event and the accompanying inquiry into whether law enforcement improperly released the photographs.

But Vanessa wasn't by herself. Bryant received assistance from Ciara and Monica on Monday, with Monica also attending on Tuesday.

Chester's lawyer, Jerome Jackson, requested $2.5 million in the closing statements, citing emotional damages incurred over the previous two years as justification.

In addition, Jackson is requesting between $100,000 and $1 million for the remainder of Chris' life, which, according to data on life expectancy, is 30 years.

For your information, Chester's wife and daughter, age 13, died in the collision.

Speaking to the court, Vanessa's attorney made it plain that the issue wasn't about the accident, but rather the deputies' alleged inappropriate conduct.

"Kobe was born on this day 44 years ago. It is a privilege to be here with Vanessa and demand justice. Kobe & Gigi were both lost to tragedy. We are not here by accident; rather, we are here as a result of deliberate behaviour. You will be asked to administer justice."

On Wednesday in Los Angeles, the trial will resume when L.A. County, the defence, is set to present their closing remarks.
